You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

You may submit content such as assessment responses, feedback, notes, or messages (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content solely to operate, improve, secure, and support the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content.

The Service may generate scores, briefings, recommendations, blueprints, launch guidance, or other outputs. These outputs are based on the information provided and system logic and may not be complete, accurate, or suitable for every situation.

You should use judgment before relying on any output.

Some features may be marked beta, preview, or early access. Those features may change, be incomplete, contain errors, or be discontinued without notice.

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, workflows, branding, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for limited rights to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

If you purchase paid access, subscriptions, upgrades, or related products:

• you agree to pay applicable fees
• prices and features may change
• additional terms may apply to specific offers

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
• we are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

• error-free operation
• specific business, financial, or personal outcomes
• that outputs will meet your exact needs

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed:

(a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or
(b) $100, if you have not paid us anything.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veteran Business Readiness OS, Trendz Are Us, and related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
